FOR I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD WHO takes hold YOUR RIGHT HAND AND SAYS TO YOU, DO NOT FEAR; I will help you. Isaiah 41 : 13

So here’s the tea! 🍡 Right before Jesus had to die to bring us into perfect unity with Abba Father and each other, AND toΒ  give us HOPE and ETERNITY, He asked Father God to let the cup pass from Him, (Like Father, do I have to go though this!😭) With a heavy heart He literally sank to His knees in the garden of Gethsemane and prayed for US, He uttered the words, “if it is possible, let this cup pass from me, NEVERTHELESS, not my will, but yours be done.” **(with that simple sentence, HUMANITY WAS SAVED. Let that sink in…

Friends, We cannot do anything in our own strength, we cannot even fight a battle on our own. He is the one that puts on the weighted gloves and strengthens us when we are weak.  He kneels down with us, wraps one arm around us, and with the other hand, takes the cup from us and says: “I will drink this with you!”

So whatever weight you are trying to bench press, or lift off, take heart —our God is a trustworthy God, who works in the midst of difficulties — because truly He has overcome the world. Allow Him to take the pressure off you. You don’t have to do it alone. And He doesn’t want you to, EVER! AMEN ! GOD BLESS.πŸ’•

Blessing and love…πŸ˜ŠπŸ™β€

  1. This moment in the garden is so special and that Jesus accepted the Father’s will for me, for us all should help us see how precious we are to Him. God will surely never leave us nor forsake us. Thank you for the reminder.

  2. Amen the Lord is in control of our battles.

The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.”
    Exodus 14:14 NLT

Don’t be afraid – stand still and watch the LORD rescue you. The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent.

Like Israel we are to believe God’s word. We are to have confidence in the Lord’s faithfulness and we are to quietly trust in the God of our salvation – for He has promised to fight for us and to deliver us from all our enemies. Let us never forget that like Israel, the challenges we face in life are important opportunities for our faith in God to grow.

When we discover ourselves to be surrounded by a whole host of menacing problems, let us not register unbelief in our hearts – but rather let us trust in the faithful Word of God – for the Lord will fight for you, while you need to rest in His love and trust His Word, for He Who had promised will do it.

    Let’s pray:

Father I thank You for Your many and precious promises. Forgive me for the times when I take my eyes of You and slip into unbelief and help me toΒ keep my eyes fixed on Christ and the truth of Your Word. Help me toΒ rest in You and trust all the issues of my life into Your hands, in Jesus name I pray, AMEN.

    Thanks for encouraging reminder.
God Bless Your heart so richly. Have a Blessed Day. πŸ™β€πŸ₯°

  3. Humility is the key. Polish king John III Sobieski after his great victorious battle against the Ottomans near Vienna sent a letter to the pope with paraphrase of the Ceasar’s words: “We came, we saw, God has won”. Everyday I fight to reminder the true source of my strength, luck or happiness. Thank you for another reminder πŸ™‚

  4. Amen I am testament of this
But will tell you the Hell I endured many many times I thought I would be snuffed out!!!
I am alive here and now because of ME and my will to fight with everything I had to survive.
My Story is not one many , many ever get the chance to tell or even is heard despite all odds
More times than not just another shattered twisted secret that once resemble living being now is fragments of erosion.
Thank you for the words of inspiration and encouragement

  5. Amen! You said that so beautifully. I’ve been a believer for a while and for a few years I’ve been led to really study the book of Isaiah and to really learn about Jesus and what He really wants us to do. I found out that my walk could have been a lot easier, if I’d only let go. Thank you for the post.

  6. This was really a ‘day’s saver’ Godly Chick Diaries. Your blog article really made me think, how profound Jesus was willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for us to reduce the burden we feel in life. Thank you! πŸ₯° πŸ™

  7. How very true, it’s all about dying to ourselves, and that means trying to be control, and also dealing with besetting sins. HE is the Victory, we die to ALL self-effort, and that is difficult because our flesh desires to prove a point, “I am able”. When the Lord said “I will remove all your idols” I will write my commandments upon your heart” I will overcome within you, but you must die first, because it is finished!
I also desire to thank you, for following my Blog, it is most appreciated. I hope you drop by and read my testimony on what the Lord has done for me.
    I leave you with a scripture: Php 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Let us be One with Our Lord as He was one with His Father……He will get us there.
Lord bless you! And look forward in reading more of your postings.
    In His Eternal Love,

  9. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Encouragement from other believers is always so precious and a blessing. Giving your burdens to Him is sometimes easier said than done. I guess it’s our human nature that wants to pick up the burden again the next day. It’s definitely a learning curve but it can be done with His help!
Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28 NKJV)
    Blessings to you, Elfriede

  10. Thank you so much for this reminder! God has encouraged me in many ways today to have a difficult conversation with my significant other. I have tried to carry this weight on my own for months now, and I’m tired, I think today is the day I open my heart and surrender to what the outcome must be.
