β€œCasting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7.

If you’re like most you probably have been anxious as a result of the Coronavirus.  All of us have been affected. But there’s good news! God is still in control. Prayer has not been canceled. Neither has God’s power. Therefore, we must turn to Him.

I wanted to give back and help others during this time. That’s why I created my β€œCast Your Cares Upon Him Nighttime Journal.” It’s based off of 1 Peter 5:7. It’s designed to help you to stay focused on God. It’s a 31-day journal. In it, you have a scripture to READ daily, then to WRITE out to help you remember God’s word. Next, you have space to write out your fears.

Finally, you PRAY to God those fears and cast them to Him. You have space to write your petition to Him. Like King Jehoshaphat in the Old Testament who in the midst of trouble said, β€œWe don’t know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” Cast all your anxiety to the God who cares! Keep your eyes on Him. Amen! God bless.πŸ’•

Thank you Benjamin Lee! Friends, Bible Journaling has been one of my favorite self-care practices. I’ve personally had an opportunity to share my journaling experience through bible stories and enjoy wonderful conversations on God’s incredible promises. Get your 31-day Journal, NOW! Don’t miss out!!! Available on Amazon:

    1. How easy it is for scripture to get trampled in my mind under the cares and weight of current events. Thank you for pointing back to scripture and prayer in journaling. God bless you for your work in this. And may it touch many lives!

  1. Amen. Thanks for sharing.
We must go on with life. Every day is a risk we take. We take risk driving on road everyday. Weather we are going to get in a car accident or not. The flue is a risk to.
1.β€œTake the risk or lose the chance.”
2.β€œIf you want it, go for it. Take a risk. Don’t always play it safe or you’ll die wondering.”
3.β€œGreat things never came from comfort zones.”
4.β€œBetter an oops than a what if.”
Take Action God wants to do great things in you and through you. But you won’t experience this without the willingness to take a few risks along the way. It’s time to take action and make your life count. Are you ready to take that step.
You may have experienced a loss or trauma that makes you want to avoid risk, but the pain of the past doesn’t have to keep you from moving forward. God’s love for you is greater than your pain or your fear. This is the time for us to step into a bold, adventurous new life.
“Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you whereever you go.” Joshua 1:9
    God Bless Your heart. πŸ€—β€βœοΈπŸ˜‡

  3. To be honest, this was all I kept muttering in my prayers today amidst tears…the burdens are tearing my soul and spirit apart and I don’t know what to do. I told Him I was casting it all at His feet. Take the wheel Lord! πŸ˜”

  4. I have always asked people that came to be about their problems, to journal. It helps to see through our prayers, our daily lives by writing down our problems, and our petitions to God, and then as you go through some time, to look back and see how God worked in our lives. Too many times, we get lost in our problems and forget that we can and should always place our trust in God first and foremost.

  5. I believe it’s true that praying and excercising faith in the enabling power of Christ’s atoning sacrifice can strengthen us to endure peacefully any trial, hardship, illness or affliction. Thank you for the reminder of the importance of turning toward the Savior. There are many days I forget, but your suggestion to journal has reminded me of the importance to have these things written on my heart. Thank you again, God bless.

  7. Revelation 21:3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, β€œBehold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. I was so encouraged by what you said. The truth always is fruitful. God is with us and he does care about us so much. Thank you for sharing with me.
