And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose — Romans 8.28

When Joseph was pushed down the pit by his brothers, his heart was gripped by fear, despair, anger, tears, disappointment — “How could this be? Why me? What did I do wrong? Why has God abandoned me?” What Joseph didn’t know is that the pit was the necessary pathway to God’s promises…He had to be lowered in HUMILITY in order to be elevated in AUTHORITY!

How many times do we let our value be defined by others, who is noticing us, who is praising us, or who is overlooking us.

I want to encourage you today: Your value is not in the opportunities you have or the things you have accomplished. Your value is in the fact that you have been bought with the precious price of Jesus sacrifice so you can step into freedom of acceptance without performance.

If you feel like you are questioning where you are right now in your circumstances, and you feel like there is more — Rely on God and what He says, not people. — Proverbs 16:9 says: “A mans mind plans his way, but the Lord direct his steps and make them sure.”

And when God direct our steps, He sometimes leads us in ways that don’t make sense to us. But what God says, will come to pass. BELIEVE IT!!!

God honors integrity, obedience and faithfulness. Yes He does! Keep the faith. God bless!

Blessings and love….😊

  1. It’s wonderful that you have come to such an astute understanding so early on in life. Thank you for sharing this post. I popped by because I decided to pick one of my followers today and visit their blog. I’m so glad it happened to be yours.
May God continue to use you to speak to those whose hearts are open to the Word and direction of God.

  2. So far all I know is the fact love is God and if you love God is with you and the other thing people must understand the difference between love and obsession because those are two different things.

  3. I needed to hear this. Thank you for sharing. I have been definetely working on understanding my own value in Christ and not the worlds take on whether I’m purposeful, useful or valuable. The constant reminder that there is only one view that really matters is always welcomed
