GIVE THANKS WITH A GRATEFUL HEART!

“Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me.” (Psalm 103:2)

Anddd just like that, another exam is now behind me. Thank you Lord. The feeling of finishing a difficult exam and passing is incredibly gratifying especially when you’re running on very little sleep. These are moments of rewards that make the long days ahead worth it….

I have learned in every circumstance that comes my way, to give thanks. In ordinary life we hardly realize that we receive a great deal more than we give.We also need to remember from where God has brought us. When times get tough and you think you have nothing left to give, think about the goodness of God and all that He has done for you. Sometimes we need to rehearse our faith to get through times of doubt. We all doubt ourselves. We all question if God is even in our situation. But when we remember the many trials God has brought us out of, we can feed on his faithfullness in times of need.

If you feel the nudge of discontent today. Go to Jesus and re-familiarize yourself with His love and allow Him to to be the lifeline in your life. Let trust and patience ground you in your current situation. Keep thanking, keep seeking, keep asking, keep desiring and keep on loving Him.

Position yourself as a child at your father’s feet, waiting for the next great adventure with Him. That’s what I’m doing….God bless.😊

Blessings and love….

  1. What a really beautiful post!
And never forget the good things he does for me! And All the amazing beautiful opportunities He places before us. Through difficulties we experience everyday He tests our will, our faith, and our characters. With the strength to endure through. Building us up with the great virtues he gave us. Strengthening our guidance, our Hope, & Our relationships with Him. Keeping us with open minds and open hearts so we may see the paths he lights before us!
What A Really Beautiful Post! Thank you.

  2. I encourage you to continue to trumpet your message of love and understanding. I, myself am an atheist but I believe that all beliefs need to be respected. It is through listening and respect that we may someday find a path to true peace. We share the same planet and hopes and fears for our children and our children’s children. Words matter, keep posting yours.

  3. I’m very inspired by this post when things get tougher that’s when our true faith in God is really tested, we have to keep believing and have faith that God is always working for our good and He’s word affirms to us that He will never leave not forsake us. And if He did it for us before then He will surely do it again

    Happy Holidays June ❀️

  4. I just finished with my final exams too. And I’ve gotten more involved with my church these past few months. And recently I also went through a trial and tribulation with an ex of mine. God helped me get out of that situation and to obtain the lessons learned. I’m so blessed. But I was reading your post, it was eerie how much I related to it at this time in my life. Thank you for sharing!
