1.Conditioning coconut oil hair mask
Coconut oil is one of the most versatile natural  beauty products. The scent is relaxing like a day at the beach, and the healing properties in coconut oil soothe and repair the skin and hair.

You will need:
•  A mixing bowl
•  2 tablespoons of coconut oil
•  1 tablespoon of honey

Mix the coconut oil with honey and heat in the microwave for a few seconds until warm enough. Massage the mixture onto the scalp and dry ends to take down the frizz and split ends. Then cover it with a shower cap for 30 min to an hour. Rinse thoroughly and enjoy gorgeously soft, shiny hair.


2.A simple papaya mask for dry, tired skin

All you need:
•  Mixing bowl
•  Papaya
•  Honey
•  Oats
•  Cold milk

Make a scrub using papaya, oats and honey along with a little cold milk and scrub twice a week. Wash with cold water or milk, and pat dry with a soft, clean face towel.


3.Rosemary and lavender facial steam


• A large bowl of hot water
•1 tablespoon of rosemary (Fresh or dried)
• 1 tablespoon of  lavender herbs (Fresh or dry)
• 2 drops of essential frankincense oil

Thereafter, carefully place the hot bowl on a flat countertop. Immediately drape your face and bowl with a towel. Steam for approximately 8 minutes.
Then follow with a moisturizer of your choice.
